The Minister of Agriculture, Audu Ogbeh says revival of the Agricultural sector is one of the move that can save Nigeria from total collapse .
Chief Ogbeh, who stated this at a Town Hall Meeting with Farmers in Osogbo, explained that the issue of youth unemployment also posed a great challenge to the growth and development of the Nation.
The minister emphasized the need to embark on tour across the states of the Federation, to help farmers get agriculture back based on the potentials and the peculiarities of each zone .
According to him, dealing with the economic problem must start from getting it right with agriculture to solve the problem of hunger and poverty.
The minister also added that there are about 200 rice mills presently in the warehouse to be distributed to farmers at a minimal rate to improve Rice Production and Reduce Importation of Rice.
