Chief Judge Swears-in Fayemi, Egbeyemi in EKiti State

The Ekiti State Governor-Elect, Dr. Kayode Fayemi and his Deputy, Chief Bisi Egbeyemi will be sworn in on Tuesday.

Chief Judge of Ekiti State, Justice Ayodeji Daramola will administer the oath of office on the duo at Ekiti Parapo Pavilion, along new Iyin road, Ado Ekiti.

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to lead other prominent Nigerians, including state Governors, Senators, Ministers and APC Leaders to the ceremony.

This is the second time Dr. Kayode Fayemi will be sworn in as Governor of Ekiti state, having been at the state helms of affairs between October 2010 and 2014.

Meanwhile, residents and indigenes of Ekiti state have been advised to come out massively to attend the inauguration.

In a statement, the Chairman, Media and Publicity Sub Committee for the Inauguration, Mr Yinka Oyebode advised the people to cooperate with traffic management and protocol officer on parking and sitting arrangements.

Mr. Oyebode said the programme would be transmitted live on some television and radio Networks as well as the social media.
