The Ondo State Governor, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has urged civil servants to prepare for retirement while in service.

Governor Akeredolu gave the advice at the retirement ceremony of the outgoing General Manager of Positive FM Deacon Femi Oladipo in Akure.

The Ondo helmsman explained that retiring civil servants should use the experience gained while in service to create opportunities for themselves.

The event was graced by government functionaries, including the Zonal Director, FRCN Ibadan, Alhaji  Mohammed Bello.

Other personalities at the occasion were former Managing Director, FRCN, Chief Sanya Oyinsan, Deputy Director News, Pastor Dare Olorunfemi, Chairman, Ondo Radio-Vision Corporation, Mr. Kunle Adebayo, Ondo State Coordinator, National Orientation Agency, NOA, Mr. Bode Famuse.

Radio Nigeria Correspondent Kayode Animasaun reports that Deacon Oladipo also presented a FRCN flag to the management at the event.
