Could it be possible for the Federal government and Oyo state govt to allocate a building (entrepreneurs warehouse) for young entrepreneurs/SMEs to innovate, manufacture and showcase their products. By that the Federal government can come in by dispatching representatives to oversee the activities and moreso provide softloans to these entrepreneurs to enable their businesses?
