Goals from Francisca Ordega, Desire Oparanozie, Rita Chikwelu and a hat-trick from Asisat Oshoala were enough for the Super Falcons to finish second in Group B.
In the other Group B clash, Zambia and South Africa settled for a goal apiece.
With this development, South Africa will be taking on Mali at the Cape Coast Stadium while Nigeria, the defending champions, will slug it out with Cameroon at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Both matches will be played next Tuesday.
