It was a tragic day in Tehran, the capital of Iran, as a Boeing 707 Military cargo plane, crashed, killing over ten passengers, and leaving one flight engineer alive.
The Army said the plane which had 16 passengers on board, hit a wall at the end of the runway after exiting, which caused fire outbreak.
The plane which was conveying meat from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, had an emergency landing at Fath airport near Karaj, in Alborz the central Iranian Province.
The Army, said search has began to find other bodies while the survivor has been taken to the hospital.
A spokesman for Iran’s Civil Aviation said the plane belonged to Kyrgyzstan, while Kyrgyzstan’s Manas airport said it was operated by Iran’s Payam Air, right now, it is not clear who owns the plane.
According to the State TV, rescue teams had been sent to the area, between the airports of Fath and Payam.
