A plane with about 67 passengers has crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport, TIA, Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital, killing at least 38 people.

The aircraft, operated by US-Bangla, a Bangladeshi airline, reportedly veered off the runway while landing causing a fire.
Local media identify the plane as S2-AGU, a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, though there has been no official confirmation.
It landed at TIA airport at 14:20 local time (08:35 GMT),
Photos and video posted on social media showed smoke rising from an airport runway.
Seventeen people on board the aircraft were rescued.
All flights in and out of the airport have been cancelled.
