Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has sealed four private security Companies in Ibadan for failure to renew their licenses.
NSCDC State Commandant, Dr. John Adewoye disclosed this at the command headquarters, Agodi, Ibadan during a news briefing.
Dr. Adewoye said Federal Government had mandated the corps to register, train and monitor activities of private companies to remove quacks and ensure professionalism in the sector.
The commandant called on people of Oyo state to patronize registered private Guard companies for safety of lives and property.
The companies that were sealed include Donald Security, Aims Investment, Guaranty Chauffeur Security Limited and Esow Security Guards.
