Akinosun Vows to Fight for Improved Workers’ Welfare

Action Democratic Party, ADP candidate for Oyo South Senatorial District, Dr. Fola Akinosun says if elected as senator, he will move a motion that will look into inhumane treatment of some Nigerian workers in companies owned by foreigners.

Dr. Akinosun said this while featuring on a Radio Nigeria Ibadan Political Programme, tagged “Ajeje”.

He stated that findings have showed that some foreign-owned companies in Oyo South Senatorial District and other parts of the country were treating their workers like slaves.

Dr. Akinosun also described as unfortunate that governments’ insensitivity to the plights of the affected workers and promised to find lasting solution to the menace.

The ADP Oyo South Senatorial District candidate pointed out that sponsoring of bills on massive creation of job opportunities and construction of new schools would be his priorities if elected as senator in this Saturday’s election.

Dr. Akinosun appealed to the electorate to vote massively for Action Democratic Party, ADP, in this Saturday’s election to enjoy even distribution of dividends of democracy.
