The Chairman, Oluyole Local Government, Prince Abass Alesinloye, has pledged the support of all the Council Chairmen to the incoming administration in Oyo state to deliver good governance irrespective of their political differences.
He stated this in Ibadan while inaugurating projects to mark his one year in office.
Prince Alesinloye, who is the state Chairman of Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, explained that Government is a continum, saying delivering dividends of democracy should be Paramount and not membership of political parties.
While affirming that the elected All Progressives Congress thirty-three Local Government Chairmen and the thirty-five Local Council Development Area Council Chairmen were not apprehensive of dissolution by the incoming Governor, stressing that the era of impunity is over because they were both democratically elected.
Some of the projects inaugurated included three point six kilometres Tipper Garage/Cele Rainbow/Dump site road, one point two Agbaje/Adeoyo/Fodacis road and four blocks vocational training centre.
